The Flagship Point in Piazza Duomo was reimagined as an innovative space, able to transform the citizen experience within the context of urban mobility. The project redefined the organisation [1] of the spaces, creating a system of fluid and integrated functional areas, designed to improve the interaction between users and services.
The new layout was designed with particular attention to modularity and inclusivity, repositioning the assistance counters and offering self-service areas to allow users to carry out operations independently. The interior spaces were enriched with green walls and ergonomic furniture solutions, designed to promote the comfort and wellbeing of visitors.
One of the most iconic elements of the project is the multifunctional tiered theatre [2], an area designed to host events, conferences and temporary installations, transforming the Flagship Point into a genuine active public space. The system of digital screens and LED walls ensures clear and immediate communication, providing service information and dynamic content.
The Duomo Flagship Point is no longer just a place of transit, but a platform connecting the city and its inhabitants, designed to adapt to the needs of an increasingly digital and interactive public.
